We run a wide range of group fitness sessions.

Abs and aerobics
Aerobic exercise suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, with a specific focus on toning up and strengthening abdominal muscles.
Advanced fat burning
Really challenge yourself to get into the shape you want to be with this advanced class focusing on conditioning the body aerobically and dynamically.
A balanced routine of aerobic work with a strong focus on core and toning to make your body see results.
A combination of toning and shaping for the whole body.
All the essential boxing fitness demands at a tough level with skipping, pad work, bags and circuit based drills to enhance your fighting fitness.
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that combines, Olympic weightlifting, athletics, gymnastics, kettle bells amongst many others to make it an intense highly rewarding discipline.
Choreographed Hip Hop dance class. Set to a different track each week, learn the movement, the shapes and the flow of this great class.
This is old school yoga, straight out of India. You don’t have to be flexible. You don’t have to be experienced. You just have to be prepared to work hard.
Legs bums & tums (lbt)
Toning and strengthening class. Work the lower body and tummy’s, finishing with relaxation at the end.
Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back.
Pump ’n’ tone
Using adjustable weights, work at your own level to shape & tone. Set to motivating music, each track targets a different muscle group giving a full body workout.
A choreographed class using the step to build up to a high intensity cardio workout. Great fun and particularly effective for fat burning & toning the lower body!
Step and tone
Enjoy the mix of some step aerobics and some toning resistance exercises to balance that cardio and toning need.
Combination of Yoga & Pilates. This class is aimed at enhancing core strength, promoting flexibility & co-ordination.
The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away!
1/2 and 1/2
30 minutes of advanced aerobics & 30 minutes of strength & conditioning make this class ideal for an all over conditioning session.
