Human Resources and Organisational Development provide a range of services, advice and guidance for existing staff and managers and prospective employees to ensure that the University remains an attractive place to work with a working environment that values and motivates all those engaged on behalf of the University.
Our services include:
Recruitment – for permanent , fixed term and sessional posts
HR Services – first point of contact for queries relating to all points of the employee life cycle, contracts and initial policy guidance
Management Information – including data collation and reporting as well as HR IT systems
Business Partnering team – working to support managers with case work and guidance as well as strategic/business planning and organisational change
Organisational & Staff Development – provides development solutions from induction to leadership and supporting organisation wide activity relating to culture and staff engagement
We also work closely with colleagues in linked areas such as equality and diversity, health, safety and wellbeing and payroll to provide the very best employee service in line with contemporary practice.
