British school of Osteopathy Graduation
British school of Osteopathy Graduation, Thursday 25th November was a momentous day for BSO graduates, it was Graduation Day, a day that graduates and BSO staff look forward to with great excitement every year. In attendance at the grand Central Hall Westminster were BSO patrons, BSO staff, the ‘Class of 1966’, graduates and their loved ones.
As graduates-to-be and their guests filtered through the doors, the grand hall filled with the sound of people and the excitement could be felt in the air. The event then began with the entrance of HRH, the Princess Royal who was welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers by little Georgia Tassell.
Speeches throughout the ceremony were given by the Chairman of the BSO board, Professor David Barrett, Mr Bill Rammell, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Bedfordshire, BSO Principal, Mr Charles Hunt, The Princess Royal and the Silver Medal winner, Claire Bergadaa.
The main part of the ceremony then followed, where HRH The Princess Royal presented each graduate with their degree certificate and also took the time to speak to each graduate, giving them words of encouragement and congratulations.

Learning for Professional Autonomy Prize – Angelo Zanfardino
Master of Osteopathy Silver Medal – Claire Bergadaa

After the ceremony, graduates, family friends, patrons and BSO Staff all had a chance to mingle with each other and enjoy some delicious food, drinks and photographs. Guests also had the chance to enjoy the fantastic photo booth.
Delighted guests commented on how much they had enjoyed the day and gave thanks to the staff for helping to make the day extra special for graduates. With such fantastic feedback from graduates and their loved ones, we can’t wait to do it all over again next year.
