Bournemouth University Jobs

Employers tell us that a degree alone is no longer enough in a competitive jobs market. They are seeking students and graduates who stand out from the crowd through well-developed transferable skills, gained from a range of extra-curricular activities and work experience undertaken during their time at university. With this in mind, the BU Careers & Employability Service helps equip you with the tools and knowledge you need: from your first day at BU through to graduation and beyond – up to three years after graduation.

You can get support on topics including looking for part-time work, work experience in the UK or overseas during vacation periods, deciding what to do during your placement year, or finding out where your degree could take you.

If you are confused about the recruitment process and need tips about your CV or interview style, BU’s experienced Careers & Employability team provides a space to discuss your options, offering impartial support and guidance.
