Sign in to your mail account from any computer with internet access by visiting: www.outlook.com/bournemouth.ac.uk.
Your username should be prefixed with ‘student\’ – in other words, the username you log in as would be something like: student\a1234567
Help with accessing your account
If you have difficulty logging-in, try the following:
- Click the link in the message “You’re currently signed in with an Office 365 email account…” then close the internet browser.
- Start the browser back up and try to log in again.
- If you still cannot log in, contact the IT Service Desk on 01202 965515, or +44 1202 965515 from overseas.
Not used your account recently?
Please note that IT Services periodically reviews and disables accounts that are not being used. If you have not logged in to your account for an extened period and find that you can no longer access it, you may need to contact IT Services to request its reactivation.
