Programme overview

This Master’s degree is aimed at those who wish to develop their understanding of people and organisations. You will gain a broad knowledge base in occupational psychology and organisational behaviour.

The degree focuses on discussions of current research, with the aim of encouraging you to engage in critical thinking and reflect on theory and practice. You will also acquire basic applied research skills.

Entry requirements

A good honours degree or conversion diploma in psychology giving eligibility for graduate basis for chartered membership with the British Psychological Society.

International entry requirements

International applicants for the 1-year network learning programme will not qualify for a Tier 4 student visa. Students requiring a Tier 4 visa should apply for the full-time programme taught by face-to-face classes with attendance required up to 3 evenings per week.

If English is not your first language or you have not previously studied in English, the requirement for this programme is the equivalent of an International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic Test) score of 7.0, with not less than 6.0 in each of the sub-tests.
