2. Age Restriction

2a. All Bath Spa events are restricted to age 17+ unless specifically noted on the event page. It is the responsibility of the student purchasing a wristband or event ticket to ensure that they comply with the said age restriction before purchasing a wristband for themselves.  All students and guests are required to provide proof of age if asked by the door staff, and you can be refused entry if you are unable to do this.

2b. Please note that any Warwick student who forgets their University card will not be able to enter by quoting their student number unless they can also produce proof of age.

2c. Normal UK Licensing Laws apply and anyone under the age of 18 years will not be served alcohol. We may ask, at any time, any student or their guest(s) to provide photographic proof of identity and age if we reasonably believe that person may not meet the minimum age requirement for purchasing alcohol. Anyone found purchasing or attempting to buy alcohol on behalf of someone under 18 will be ejected from this/all Event/s and may also be liable for prosecution. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to an adult if they’re accompanied by someone under 18 years and we believe the alcohol is being bought for the under 18.

3. Admission

After this time, if the venue is at its capacity limit, you will be asked to wait. You will only be admitted thereafter when the venue is under its capacity limit.

3e. Searching is a condition of entry to protect your safety and that of other customers.
