The Ashridge (Bonar Law Memorial) Trust is an independent institution that operationally merged with Hult International Business School Inc under the common brand “Hult International Business School”.
The Ashridge (Bonar Law Memorial) Trust is a United Kingdom registered charity and Hult International Business School Inc is a Massachusetts not-for-profit.
All UK degrees are awarded by the Ashridge (Bonar Law Memorial) Trust known as ‘Ashridge’. All US degrees are awarded by Hult International Business School Inc.
Corporate trustee directors
The Ashridge (Bonar Law Memorial) Trust Act 1954 was amended in 1983 and again in 2014. The governance provisions mandate incorporation of a single corporate trustee to replace the individual Governors who previously had non-executive responsibility for the Ashridge Trust. Ashridge CT Ltd is a company limited by guarantee incorporated in 2015 with Memorandum and Articles of Association explicitly worded to remain compatible with the objectives of the Act.
