How to apply

Before you apply for a place in university accommodation, please read our What you need to know section. This tells you more about the application process and what to expect when you move in.

If you’re studying with us in Peterborough, please visit the Accommodation in Peterborough page for details of our properties and how to apply.

Students based in Harlow can apply to live at our Student Village in Chelmsford, using the application from below.

While you’re living in university accommodation, we’ll ask you to abide by our tenancy agreement.

If you’re studying nursing, midwifery or operating department practice and your course includes a hospital placement, you may be able to apply for NHS accommodation. Check your options in our Students with hospital placements section.

To be able to apply you must have firmly accepted a conditional or unconditional offer to study on a full-time course.

Once we have received your acceptance, it will be 24 hours before you can apply. You’ll need your student ID number. Start by clicking on the ‘Email me my password?’ link below the password field. Your password will be sent to the email address you registered with Anglia Ruskin. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk mail folder.
