Scottish and EU student tuition fees (2017/18)

Tuition fees are the same for both Scottish and EU students at Abertay University, but vary between courses. Undergraduate tuition fees are set by Scottish Government and notified to universities in April of each academic year.

EU Students
The Scottish Government confirmed in October 2016 that EU students students commencing their studies in 2017 will be entitled to complete their studies post-Brexit without a change in fees status.

University tuition fees – further information

There may be additional charges where the MSc is not completed within 18 months. Module fees are on a pro rata basis of 120 credits. Subject to confirmation of SFC fee-funded places. There may be additional charges where the MSc is not completed within 18 months. Module fees are on a pro rata basis of 180 credits. Postgraduate research fees are set in line with the UK Research Council usually announced in January each year. Students opting to take less than a full year of a programme should contact finance@abertay.ac.uk for details of fees per module or per credit. Students undertaking more than a full-time complement of modules will normally be charged for the excess modules.
